Orginzational Structure of the Southampton Village Police Department
The organizational structure of the Southampton Village Police Department is split into three different divisions – Communications, Investigations, and Patrol. To learn more about each division, click the appropriate link.
Communications Division
The Communications Division is made up of six Public Safety Dispatchers commanded by one Supervisor, a Public Safety Dispatcher II. Overall responsibility of the section is accomplished by the Captain of Police. Click on the link above to learn more about the Communications Division.
Detective Division
The Detective Division in an investigative unit that is made up of three detectives and one Detective Sergeant overseeing the operations they perform. Click on the link above to learn more about the duties of the Southampton Village Police Detectives Unit.
Patrol Division
